The downer to seminary Wednesday. I couldn't remember whether or not our teacher had said "Do the work from Ex. 19-22" or "Ex. 19-32" So, to be on the safe side, Angus and I did to 32. Well, it being hunting season, we've been busy, and Angus didn't really have time to spare for seminary, but he did it anyway. when we got into the lesson, Angus got the impression that, well, we only needed to do to 22. So he asked Suzie... and she said 22. Unfortunately for me, I was sitting next to him, and he wasn't very happy with me. I'd been kinda cringing away from his "I WILL GET YOU LATER" expression when I heard the door open. I turned to see Brother Tervort, our stake seminary teacher, and Suzie's 'boss'. Wonderful, right? to top it off, the only free seat was next to me. haha. oops. It was okay though, because I'm on pretty good terms with him. he was simply grinning when he sat down. The rest of seminary went good.
Anyway dearies, this is how hunting season goes around here. People like to hunt for the sport, but don't care for the meat. SO. When they get a deer, they drop it off here because we passed the word around that we'd take any they didn't want, because we like deer meat, and we make steaks, and stew meat out of it. Well... 2 years ago, we got 5 deer. That was pretty good. Last year we got 7. Even better. Now, we've got great equipment, and Dad said that we were ready for this hunting season. Well, H.S. goes till about next Tues, and so far we've gotten about 19 deer. I've kinda lost count. Oh well. Life is life.
I'm tired, so I'm gonna stop typing now. Ttfn my dears! (yes, there has been pun intended in this...)
