turn around, BOO!

OK people, I was just startled. I just realized that Saturday is Jan. 1st. how fun right? well, I don't know where the year went, so I'm not ready to got to the next one. but, it's life, I don't have a choice, cuz I can't stop time. anyway, we've had some fun these past couple of evenings. we went over to the Dysons, (some friends of ours, and 'we' being LaWana, Lisa, Taylor, Angus and I) to help them pack some things away, and move some furniture. they are such a sweet old couple, and she has all the wittiest comebacks that ever existed. they love to tease, and have some of the best stories ever. I'm so glad that I've gotten to know them.


Mom pulled a good one on me, quite funny to everyone. We had to organize my room so that we could fix some pipes, and she was so insistent that we get it all done today, so we did. (except for my million boxes of stuff that I don't know what are, just stuff I've collected over the past few years, and yes, I know I'm a collect-it-bug.) anyway, we had to get it all done today, because dad had tomorrow off, because he worked this past weekend (complicated, really, and I am even kinda confused, so don't ask me) so.... we were leaving for the Dyson's this evening, and guess what? Mom remembered that Dad doesn't have tomorrow off, because he didn't work last weekend, he works this weekend. so all that rushing to get it all done, wasn't really needed. fun right? Angus thought that my reaction was really worth it. oh well. at least we don't have to do it next week. but I still get to go through those boxes and get rid of things, and put things somewhere else.

oh one last thing. My new years goal: find a goal for New Years...... I'll find it, and post it...... Soon?

My cousin who lives in those mountains that I love, challenged me to show her why I love Missouri more. well, here's my answer. (no, not the cold, cold snow...) my family, the nature, and a bonus, quite a few less allergies. I never forget the people I love that aren't here with me, but I try not to live in the past all the time, it can get depressing. oh, something happening in my life: I was released as Mia Maid president on Sunday. and, Happy 20th anniversary Dad and Mom!

alright... this picture is from this past Saturday (Christmas) from front to back (which is youngest to oldest) Kenny- age 6. Brieanna- age 10. Angus- age 13. Me (Alice / Celina) - age 15.... anyway, this is just recent photo of us. oh yeah, now that I think about it, Kenny was in the pic of me and my cat...... (see previous post) :D

hmm... a slight idea of me.....

these are two of me in 2008. can't find any really recent photos of me, so this is just an idea of how I look. I'll get a recent picture of me. in fact, I'll take it on New Years! (great idea, right?) the first one was goofing off, but the second one was my birthday. fun huh? I think I turned 13 that year? who knows, I'm typical me, don't keep track of most numbers, unless I find them amusing or interesting.

Welcome to the Alice Legacy. my nickname is Alice, my friend dubbed me that. something about wonderland suiting me.... and while I don't have a legacy yet, I'm going to build one. I like to sew, cook, read, draw, and play the piano. I'll be building my legacy off of those. I welcome all comments, if you have some advise, Great! if not, that's fine too. Christmas just ended and now I'm going back to making my bags and pillows. I don't use patterns, so they all turn out different...

alright... I am a kinda typical teenage lds girl. oh, I'll be date-able in February, and before that, I'll just dance the night away on New Years Eve.... maybe I'll get my brother to dance with me as well! after all, I am dragging him along with me. (actually, he volunteered) the dance is an hour away, and it goes til 12:30 AM, insane, I know, but thats why we do it! right? well, tell me what ya think, and what I should change, add, do......
